1. How do I place an order?
Simply add your chosen items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
2. Are your products authentic?
Yes. We only offer 100% authentic, premium equestrian brands sourced directly from trusted suppliers.
3. I’m not sure about sizing. Can you help?

Shipping & Delivery
4. How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location:
Domestic: 2–5 business days
International: 5–12 business days
5. Do you offer order tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Please contact us immediately.
Payment
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods available at checkout, including card payments, digital wallets, and more depending on your region.
8. Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Returns & Exchanges
9. Do you accept returns?
Yes, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
10. How do I request a return or exchange?
Please email us with your order number and the item you’d like to return.

11. What items cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as grooming tools, worn apparel, and used horse gear may not be eligible for return. Full details are available in our Return Policy.
Order Issues
12. I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we will resolve it immediately.
13. My tracking shows delivered but I didn’t receive my package.
Please check with household members or your local delivery office. If still not found, email us and we will assist.
General Questions
14. Do you restock products?
Yes. Many items are restocked regularly. If a product is unavailable, feel free to contact us for restock info.
15. Do you offer advice on choosing products for my horse?
Absolutely. Our team is experienced and happy to help you select the best gear based on your horse’s needs.
