Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please note:
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times
We offer reliable, trackable shipping to all locations.
Estimated delivery time:
Local / Domestic Orders: 2–5 business days
International Orders: 5–12 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen weather conditions.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of your order.
We offer:
Free shipping on qualifying orders (if enabled in your store settings)
Standard & Express shipping options (subject to availability)
4. Order Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number once dispatched.
You can track your shipment using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If you haven’t received your tracking number after your order has shipped, please contact us.
5. Wrong Address / Missing Information
Please double-check your address before placing the order.
Elite Equestrian is not responsible for:
Delayed delivery due to incorrect addresses
Lost packages due to missing or incomplete information
If the order has not shipped yet, we can still update the address.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes, depending on your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing may also extend delivery times.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
While rare, shipping delays can happen due to carrier or customs issues.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will assist in locating your package.
8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
We will investigate and offer a suitable solution.
